The Rotary Club of Oban took part in the above on Sunday 31st March and our clean up remit covered The Corran Halls and surrounding areas, including the Council Car Park.
Rotary's team are seen here on completion of their work and comprised L to R :- Walter Burton, Dave Waltho, Peter Tosh, President Iain Mac Intyre, Graham Fraser, Alan Hoar, Dave Mudie and Roger Parry.
Rotary's team were assigned to the area surrounding the Corran Halls which included the path towards the rear of the Cathedral.
A substantial amount of rubbish was gathered and the team felt that they made a worthwhile contribution to the overall effort. The event was well covered by the Oban Times but regrettably due to a lack of communication Oban Rotary's contribution was not recorded.
