As reported in the Oban Times, the Oban Gaelic Choir participated in the world renowned choral festival held in Talinn, Estonia every 5 years.
It was a very successful trip, thouroughly
enjoyed by all 35 members who took pride in promoting our Gaelic culture and
music. Oban Rotary, in line with their tradition of supporting such initiatives, donated £500 to the cost of the trip. The choir's Treasurer, Margaret Farmer, is seen here accepting the cheque from Rotary President Douglas Small. Also in

MacLean, and Rhionna MacCormick along with Rotarians, Iain Mac Intyre, Terry
Macnair, Ian MacInnes and Kees van Rein.
